Canning peaches is a process that cannot be rushed nor can steps be missed if your goal is to enjoy their sweetness in the dead of winter. David’s journey from being a shepherd to becoming the King of Israel was a process as well. There are many lessons for us to learn for our lives as we study the parallels between the two.
